In the first year, students focus on gaining as much hands-on experience as possible through in-clinic shadow work at the Manjushri Healing Clinic. This immersive phase allows students to observe and assist in real healing sessions, engage with diverse client cases, and progressively take on greater responsibility. Alongside this, students are supported in self-paced theoretical learning, guided by lecturers who provide mentoring, resources, and continuous feedback throughout their journey. This balance ensures that students build both their energetic sensitivity and practical healing confidence from the ground up.

The second year is dedicated to research and academic development. Students undertake an in-depth research project focused on a childhood illness, exploring its emotional, energetic, and physical dimensions from a holistic healing perspective. This phase cultivates research skills, critical thinking, and the ability to bridge intuitive insight with evidence-based practice—preparing students to contribute meaningfully to the future of complementary healing.

Throughout both years, our signature “See One, Do One, Teach One” model anchors the learning experience. Students begin by observing healing sessions (“See One”), then move into guided practice (“Do One”), and finally take on the role of mentor by explaining and leading techniques in collaboration with their lecturers (“Teach One”). This dynamic, layered approach fosters deep confidence, responsibility, and peer-to-peer learning.

Graduates of this program emerge not only as skilled and intuitive practitioners, but also as confident researchers and collaborative contributors within the holistic healing community.
